It was hard to adjust at first, especially after having six kids.<br />I think I am getting used to it, but coming home to an empty silent house is just...odd.<br /><br />Work has been...insane. There is literally no other way to describe it. Everyone is so one edge. We had a manager come back to us after she had been transferred to another store. That was okay as I liked her, but since she has come back, she has been on a rampage. Our other manager does not like her very much so there has been a lot of tension between them and it is us that are stuck in the middle.<br /><br />It's like a freaking gang war, but more polite.<br /><br />Some of the other team members are seriously talking about quitting, things have gotten that bad and every night I have been coming home with massive tension headaches. I just hope things ease up because everyone is becoming so demoralized.<br /><br />Work used to be enjoyable, but lately it's sucks. I accepted and was going to put my resignation in to work. However, the manager told me not to quit my job as she decided to only offer me a couple of days instead.<br /><br />Okay, I agreed. Her explanation was that the owner and designer of the label is notoriously difficult and tends to fire people on a regular basis.<br />She didn't want me to quit my job in case things did not work out and I agreed.
