New Year's Day Party Cancelled

I was really looking forward to it as well. I had invited my sister from another movie and two of her kids and my youngest daughter with her three as well. My older daughter has to work so she could not come and of course, all my other kids are in different states and countries. But because NSW is an absolute shit show because we have an idiot for a premier, the Covid numbers are rocketing back up again so now we are restricted to how many we can have in a house/unit.

It was easier just to cancel and maybe have a barbecue when things start to settle again. The NYE fireworks are still going ahead but people are being asked to stay at home, not that I think people will listen...but still, you never know.

Here's wishing all my friends and their families a very happy new year. I hope there are better things in store for all of us in 2021.

Wonder Woman 1984 No Spoilers

I went to see Wonder Woman 1984 yesterday. My favourite cinema at Cronulla has been taken over by Hoyts. It used to be Greater Union but now it's changed hands. They have completely renovated it and of course, put the prices up. (One of the reasons I liked it so much was because it was cheap.)

No spoilers but I loved the movie. It was fun and action packed. I may do a Geeky Girl review later if I have time. :-)
