Steve and I had a lovely time in Tasmania. We took a five day cruise to Port Arthur and Hobart. Port Arthur was particularly sobering to visit as it's the site of a huge colonial prison built when Australia was a penal colony and many people were sent to Tasmania. It was also where the worst mass shooting happened. That was when the government banned many weapons. It is beautiful and very peaceful there. Hobart was great, we both loved it. The cruise was awesome and we finally got to relax which was great. Hopefully, we will be able to visit again.
