After eight days of having no internet because our NBN went down. At first, we thought it was the NBN box not working so our provider sent us a new one but no joy, we still could not connect to the internet. In the end, they sent us a technician to fix it. It turned out to be the box downstairs, it wasn't connecting. It's fixed and I am back on thank goodness, not having the net was a pain to say the least.
