We Are Back
1/10/23 15:51Steve and I are back from Melbourne. We went to Mildura, Adelaide, and then Melbourne. It was a wonderful trip, we had the best weather while we were away. Melbourne and Adelaide are two of our favourite places, in a few weeks we will be going up north to Queensland.
We decided to come home a day early because Melbourne was hosting the AFL grand final and it was packed. I am not a huge follower of football, especially AFL but it is huge in Victoria. We had a lovely stay but we decided to beat the traffic home.
Steve starts physio twice a week now, hopefully, it will give him some relief from all the pain he is in. My MRI came back clear so that is good as well although I have found out that I am on the autistic spectrum. No surprise there, I was tested for autism as a child, and even though they did not give me a diagnosis at the time, there was always a question mark there. I was tested at a time before medical specialists knew that it is a spectrum disorder and not a one size fits all thing. It doesn't bother me though as I have lived with it all my life. It does explain a lot though.
