Another Busy Week

ladymidathIt has been a busy week with Steve's medical therapies and just trying to get stuff done. Steve's motorised scooter broke down twice. There is funding in his NDIS to repair it but the company he bought it from has really dropped the ball.
We managed to sort it all out but it kind of ruined our plans to drive out to Mittagong for lunch. We ended up having to take a detour and go to the business we have been dealing with to speak to someone face-to-face just to get the damned thing fixed.
The manager we spoke to was pretty helpful and they sent someone out to fix it. So instead of driving to Mittagong, we had to turn around and go back home. The repair man turned up about an hour later and now thank god it's fixed. Steve's mobility has gotten worse and he really depends on the motorised scooter to get around.
I also managed to track down the book my daughter wanted for her birthday so hopefully, I will see her this weekend so I can give it to her.
Hopefully the weekend might be a bit quieter so I can get some stuff done around the unit.
