Hot Hot Hot

ladymidathWow, and it's getting even hotter. The one good thing about living near a beach and a small bay is the breeze we get. At least it helps cool things down. But when there is no breeze, the humidity gets stifling.
One good thing though is we are heading toward Autumn and things will start to cool down a bit. I will miss swimming at the beaches though but we have a swimming centre near us and they have a heated pool so that's where I go during the colder months.
Other than me complaining about the heat, we have had a pretty quiet week. Tomorrow is Australia Day or Invasion Day, or as I think of it; the day when we all hang out and eat barbecue and drink tinnies. Steve and I are going to stay home out of the heat and have a barbecue on the balcony.
One last thing, I finally watched Oppenheimer, now all I need now is to watch Barbie and my Barbeheimer viewing will be complete.
