A Pretty Good Week

ladymidathIt has been a full week with Steve's medical appointments and therapies but we have also been busy getting ready to go away. We are both driving up to Port Douglas and Cairns to spend time with my sister, brother in law, my niece, and her partner and her two boys. It will be a long drive, over three days but it will be fun.
I love driving up north although it will be hot. I am a little worried about the rain up there though. There has been some flooding but I am hoping that the roads will be clear by the time we go away. I think this will be the last of our long driving holidays. That is because Steve's neurological disease is slowly getting worse and I think when we go away now, we will be flying.
I have still been having physio for my shoulder, it has been helping but I can't take the anti-inflammatories as they really upset my stomach.
When we come back home, I am going to get a cortisol shot and hopefully, that will help.
