ladymidathAs you can imagine, we are all reeling from what happened in Bondi. My heart is broken but I am not going to let this define who we are. Australians are resilient and we will not let this tragedy change who and what we are.
Having said that, Steve and I are thinking of going away for a few days. We were thinking of going into the mountains for a few days after Christmas. I think a break from the city would be nice and the weather has been beautiful. We have been doing a lot of walking, Steve has special crutches that help him with his balance. we are lucky to live near bush and national parks so there are plenty of walking tracks. We love going bush as it is so calm and peaceful.
We have all our Christmas stuff done, all we need to do now is do the groceries and bits and pieces. It will a quiet one which is what we want.
