Sorry to start the day with a rant but I am pissed off. Due to having severe obstructive sleep apnea, I am on a CPAP machine. I decided to buy the automatic model rather than get the free basic one. (If you are low income or on any benefit and have severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea, you can get a free machine,) I bought this through a local company and I was going to buy it outright. The salesman told us both that if we paid it off interest free we would get accessories like hoses etc. for free while we paid it off. So I have been paying this off for nearly two years only to find out yesterday that the accessories are actually not free and some of them have been over two hundred dollars, (or as we call it in Australia, dollarydoos LOL) When I found out, I hit the roof, I canceled anything else being sent out and I am paying the rest of the machine which is only eight dollars now after all the repayments, I told the woman on the phone that I was never going to deal with this company again. If it hadn't been for the add ons that we had been told we were not going to be charged for, the bloody thing would be paid off my now, Thank goodness the woman on the phone told me or I would not have been aware of it.
