Our Fetch box decided to on the blink today and poor hubby didn't know what hit him, ever since he has had to give up work due to the Cervical Dystonia worsening, he has been watching TV. He had a whole lot of shows taped and ready to watch, then BOOM, the box stopped working. I am on the phone talking to a lovely young man who was helping us reset the box, after forty minutes on the phone (I kid you not,) he decided to send us a new Fetch box. Then after thanking him and hanging up, he calls me back. The problem wasn't the box itself, it was a global DNS glitch that hit everyone. So it turns out, we don't need a new bo, after all, we have it up and running but all the taped shows are gone. After I spent ages setting it all back up again and having to call the service back to get another activation code, Steve went to take a nap muttering about having a headache from all the stress. UGH.

On another happier note. Steve and I finally picked up our rings from the jeweler that we had made. Mine is an eternity ring to celebrate our first year of marriage and our six years together. (Our anniversary was last November.) I wanted a ring with an emerald, ruby, and sapphire and not being able to buy one like that, we had to have it made. Steve bought a beautiful black opal from Lightning Ridge and he had it set into a plain wedding band. The jeweler did an awesome job although he was three weeks overdue in making them, but I would rather he took his time and did a good job rather than rush through it and do a crap job.
We got to see three of our grandkids yesterday as my pregnant daughter was feeling ill and we had to go and pick the kids up from school and preschool. They were all thrilled to see Nanny and Poppy. Steve took Mog shopping and bought her a heap of clothes for the baby, so that was accomplished. I also put money into my middle daughter's bank account so she can buy Easter eggs for her four kids. I wish I was able to see them more often but they live so far away.
so hopefully the rest of the week will not be so eventful.
